Shipping Policy

WeLive ships from our shop in Alberta to customers across Canada and the United States.

Parts and accessories: Free shipping on parts and accessories orders over $150 CAD. Orders under $150 are charged the shipping rate shown at checkout.

Bikes and eBikes: Bikes ship for a flat rate of $249 CAD anywhere in Canada and $500 CAD to the USA. Because bikes are large freight items, if the actual freight cost to your location is significantly higher, we will contact you before shipping to discuss options, including cancelling the order for a full refund.

Local pickup and delivery: Orders can be picked up in store during regular business hours. Local delivery and onsite services are available - contact us to arrange.

Tracking: You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details once your order ships. Duties and taxes for international orders may apply.
