Frame

• Clean and inspect frame, dropouts, and fork for signs of fatigue or damage.

Wheels

• Secure axle nuts or skewers.

Tires

• One flat repair or tire installation included.
• Inflate tires to manufacturer’s recommended pressure.
• (Hub-drive E-Bike wheels not included in flat repair coverage.)

Drivetrain

• Check and adjust derailleur limit screws, cable tension, and derailleur height/angle.
• Align derailleur hanger for precise shifting.
• (Gear cables and casings extra.)

Brakes

• Adjust cable tension for balanced lever pull.
• Set brake shoe height, angle, and toe-in; confirm rim brake centering.
• Align disc brake calipers for rotor clearance.
• Straighten rotor if possible.

General Adjustments

• Tighten and align stem, handlebar, seat, controls, seat post, pedals, and crankarms.

Clean & Lubricate

• Wipe down bike, wheels, and components.
• Lubricate drivetrain and derailleur pivots.

The Overhaul Tune is our most complete service package, designed for riders who want their bike fully refreshed from the ground up. Building on the Annual Tune, this service includes a full teardown, deep cleaning, and professional reassembly with premium care.

Call or email us to book, especially during peak spring and summer months when appointment slots fill up quickly. Walk-ins are welcome for quick fixes like flat repairs, subject to technician availability.

Basic Tunes are usually completed within 1-2 business days. Essential and Overhaul Tunes can take longer depending on parts availability and current shop volume, especially during peak season - we'll give you an estimated timeline when you drop off your bike.

In many cases, yes. For e-bike brands we carry, our certified Bosch technician and factory-trained team handle service the same as any bike in our shop. For brands we don't carry or stock parts for, we offer a $20 Third-Party E-Bike Consultation: we'll hear you out, assess the bike, and give you a clear parts-and-labor quote before any work begins. Because these bikes often use proprietary electronics and hard-to-source parts, we can't guarantee a resolution in every case, but we'll always keep you informed and never charge for parts or labor without your prepayment first.

Yes. We're a licensed and authorized Fliteboard service provider and offer full SkiByk maintenance, repairs, and tuning regardless of season.
