Bike and eBike Services

WeLive Basic Tune – $149.99 (E-Bike surcharge +$39.99)

At WeLive, we take pride in keeping your bike running smoothly and safely. Our Basic Tune covers all the essentials to get you back on the road with confidence:

Frame

  • Clean and inspect frame, dropouts, and fork for signs of fatigue or damage.

Wheels

  • Secure axle nuts or skewers.
  • (Wheel truing and spoke replacements available at additional cost.)

Tires

  • One flat repair or tire installation included.
  • Inflate tires to manufacturer’s recommended pressure.
  • (Hub-drive E-Bike wheels not included in flat repair coverage.)

Drivetrain

  • Check and adjust derailleur limit screws, cable tension, and derailleur height/angle.
  • Align derailleur hanger for precise shifting.
  • (Gear cables and casings extra.)

Brakes

  • Adjust cable tension for balanced lever pull.
  • Set brake shoe height, angle, and toe-in; confirm rim brake centering.
  • Align disc brake calipers for rotor clearance.
  • Straighten rotor if possible.
  • (Brake bleeds, cables, and casings extra.)

General Adjustments

  • Tighten and align stem, handlebar, seat, controls, seat post, pedals, and crankarms.

Clean & Lubricate

  • Wipe down bike, wheels, and components.
  • Lubricate drivetrain and derailleur pivots.

E-Bike Surcharge – $39.99

  • Firmware/software update and system check.
  • Heavy lift/weight handling surcharge.

For riders who want the most comprehensive care, the Essential Tune builds on our Basic Tune with deeper adjustments, precision checks, and a full clean. Perfect for keeping your bike in peak condition all year long.

Wheels

  • Adjust front and rear hub bearings.
  • True both wheels radially and laterally as much as possible.
  • Check and adjust spoke tension.
  • (Spoke replacement extra.)

Tires

  • Flat repair or installation of both front and rear tires included.
  • (Hub-drive E-Bike wheels extra.)

Brakes

  • Perform pad and rotor bed‑in process for optimal braking performance.

Headset

  • Inspect headset bearings for proper adjustment.
  • Adjust as needed for smooth steering.

Bottom Bracket & Cranks

  • Check and adjust bottom bracket.
  • Ensure cranks are tight and properly aligned.
  • (Installation extra.)

Clean & Finish

  • Complete wash and wipe down of bike, wheels, and components.

WeLive Overhaul Tune – $499.99(E-Bike surcharge +$39.99)

The Overhaul Tune is our most complete service package, designed for riders who want their bike fully refreshed from the ground up. Building on the Annual Tune, this service includes a full teardown, deep cleaning, and professional reassembly with premium care.

Frame

  • Labour for replacing frame pivot bearings.
  • (Parts extra.)

Suspension

  • Fork lower service and shock overhaul labour included.
  • (Parts extra; outsourced services may incur additional charges.)

Dropper Posts

  • Cable‑actuated dropper post: install new cable/casing and re‑grease.
  • (Includes new cable and casing. RockShox Reverbs and Fox Transfers may require additional service.)

Wheels

  • Clean and inspect hub parts.
  • Re‑grease, install new ball/cartridge bearings, and adjust as needed.
  • (Cartridge bearings extra. Single spoke replacements included.)

Tires

  • Tubeless setup labour included.
  • (Parts and supplies extra.)

Drivetrain

  • Remove and degrease all drivetrain components.
  • Inspect for wear, re‑grease, reassemble, and adjust.
  • (Includes replacement of all gear cables and casings.)

Brakes

  • Brake bleeds included.
  • Replacement of brake cable and casing covered.

Headset

  • Clean, inspect, reinstall, and grease.
  • (New cartridge‑style bearings extra if required.)

Complete Clean
